Ticket Delivery Policy

Will Call
Tickets are held under the purchaser's name and released at the door. Government-issued identification may be requested. Pickup time and location are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Local Pickup
Placeholder: approved pickup location, dates and hours. A private residential address is never published. You'll receive a "Ready for Pickup" email before visiting.
Mail Delivery
Placeholder: mailing deadline and any mailing charge, shown before payment. If your order is placed after the mailing deadline, it may be moved to Will Call and you will be notified.
Address privacy
Customer mailing addresses are never displayed publicly and are used only to fulfill your order.
